Vice - Senior General Soe Win receives UNSG’s special envoy to Myanmar

Vice - Senior Gengral Soe Win,Deputy Commander - in- Chief(Army), received Mrs.Christine Schraner Burgener,the special envoy of the United Nations Secretary General to Myanmar at the parlour of Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.
Present at the call together with Vice - Senior General Soe Win were senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army).Mrs.Christine Schraner Burgener, the special envoy of the United Nations Secretary General to Myanmar was accompanied by officals.
Vice - Senior General Soe Win and Mrs.Christine Schraner Burgener frankly discussed Tatmadawmen’s measure to provide emergency reliefs and supplies in the flood-hit areas,the attempts of AA insurgents to disrupt peace and stability in Rakhine State,Tatmadaw’s measures to restore security of the region,peace and stability in Rakhine State in accord with tne laws, cooperation with CTFMR against minor recruitment in the Tatmadaw, measures to carry out repatritation process of the displaced persons in Rakhine State in accordeance with the laws,and the official permission already given to the humanitarian organizations to go to the conflict areas.
After the call, Vice - Senior General Soe Win had a group photo taken together with Mrs.Christine Schraner Burgener and party.
