31st - Mile Bridge near Narte Village blown up again by insurgents replaced with bailey bridge

AA, TNLA and MNDAA insurgents again blew up the 50 feet long and 20 feet wide reinforced concrete 31st - Mile Bridge near  Narte Village, which was rebuilt by the Tatmadaw, at about 11 pm on 27 August. So, transport was interrupted again and travellers and local people were facing transport difficulties.

For the convenience of travellers, the Tatmadaw completed building a bailey bridge in 62 feet length and 11 feet width withstanding 60 tons of load on the  damaged old one at about 4 pm today  with the use of a bridgelayer. As a result,  21 small and large vehicles from Namsalat  to  Kunlong  and  18  small  and  large vehicles from Kunlong to Namsalat totaling 39 could pass through the  bridge.
