AA insurgents abduct five Indian citizens and five Myanmars, without any reason

AA insurgents abducted ten persons including five Indian citizens of EPI and RPP companies while travelling on two speedboats from Paletwa port to Sittwe on 3 November morning for no reason in Paletwa Township in Chin State.
The incident was that five Indian citizens of EPI and RPP companies which are building the India-Myanmar Zorumpu road on the east bank of Kaladan River in Paletwa in Chin State, two interpreters,two speedboat drivers, a member of Hluttaw totalling 10 persons at about 7.30 am on 3 November,were travelling along the Kaladan River by two speedboats arranged by EPI company from Paletwa port to Sittwe. When they arrived at a place near Kyauktan Village,about ten AA insurgents on board two speedboats shot at them with small arms from the middle of the river, and forced them to anchor at a nearby jetty. Together with about 40 AA insurgents waiting at the jetty on board a motor schooner, the ten persons were taken to Kwanzay Village by three boats.
Then, they were abducted to the west of Kwanzay Village along a four-hour walking route. As Hluttaw representative U Whae Tin and two speedboat drivers arrived at the scene at about 2 pm and five Indians and two interpreters at about 4 pm. Among them, Indian citizen Mr. Vinoo Gopal was dead at about 4.20 pm. U Whae Tin was arrested, and remaining persons were freed this morning. They arrived in Kyauktaw. Consul General of India Dr. Kumar Praveen, Consul Mr. Tsewang Gyalpson of India and one interpreter arranged two vehicles for the freed abductees and the vehicle from Phyusin Myitta funeral service association for the dead body. They left Kyauktaw and arrived back in Sittwe at about 2 pm.
Tatmadaw military columns are taking measures on control of the region and security around the scene.
