AA terrorists abduct three male staff from Department of Immigration and Population without rhyme or reason

AA terrorists abducted three male staff from the Department of Immigration and Population, who returned to where they were assigned when their leave of absence expired in Buthidaung, Rakhine State without rhyme or reason on 24 December afternoon.
When a motorized boat with passengers travelling along the Mayu, locally known as the Kalapanzin Creek, to Taungbazars Village in Buthidaung arrived near Kyauk Yit Village in Nanyarkone Village-tract at about 2.00 pm on 24 December, the boat docked at the bank as an unidentified man hailed it. When the boat docked at the bank, about five AA terrorists in plain clothes inspected the passengers by aiming their pistols at the passengers. The men abducted three staff from the Department of Immigration and Population including Assistant Director U Tin Myo Aung without rhyme or reason and allowed the boat to continue its destination.
Concerning the incident, members of security forces are launching an investigation and search operations.
