More narcotic drugs, related materials used in drug production seized in Lwekham Village of Kutkai Township

With regard to seizures of narcotic drugs, materials used in drug production and related equipment worth more than Ks-288 billion in Lwekham Village and surrounding areas in Kutkai Township of Shan State (North) from 28 February to 12 March, the combined team including security forces continues security measures and searches around these areas. 
In so doing, a total of 558,000 WY brand stimulant tablets, 318,000 stimulant tablets of 88/1 brand, 125 kilos of raw opium, 10 kilos of crushed tablets, 650 kilos of Caffeine powder, 9,920 kilos of caustic soda powder and 65 tablet pressing rods were seized from the basement of one-storey house owned by U Lauk Nyo who had fled from Lwekham Village, at about 9.15 am today. 
The combined team including security troops searched the one-storey house owned by U Yan Tah, who had fled from Lwekham Village, at 5.45 pm, and seized 15,000 WY brand stimulant tablets, 0.2 kilo of heroin, 0.5 kilo of ICE, one kilo of Ketamine, five kilos of Benzyl Ether, eight kilos of N-Isopropy Benzylamine, 86 litres of hydrochloric acid, 19 drums of Sodium Acetate weighing 500 grams each, 13 drums of Sodium Acetate Trihydrate weighing 500 grams each, 14 drums of Sodium Chloride weighing 500 grams each, 87 kilos of Ammonium Chloride, 25 kilos of Ammonium Chloride white chrystal, 11 bags containing 20 kilos of caustic soda each 67 containers of Methyl and Metanine holding a gallons each, 22 gas cylinders, 30 glaze funnels, 17 boxes of assorted glass tubes, four iron bowls, one kilo-scale, two tablet dryers and 20 small bags of tablets were seized from the basement of the house. 
The combined team comprising security troops has searched 333 houses and surrounding areas of Lwekham Village from 28 February to date, seizing arms and ammunition, 132,194,000 assorted stimulant tablets, 258.9 kilos of heroin, 271 kilos of morphine, 1.6 kilograms of heroin block, 16 kilos of opium oil extract, 12.65 kilos of tablet powder, 135 kilos of raw opium and 441 kilos of ICE, totally valued at more than Ks-289 billion and 211 related accessories used in drug production worth more than Ks-1.6 billion, totally valued at more than Ks-291 billion. 
Concerning the seizures of narcotic drugs, measures will be taken to arrest fugitives main culprits and those who involved in the cases in accordance with procedures. All houses in the villages have been inspected, and the combined team including security forces is further checking all inspected houses while taking security measures of the region.
